Our family run business manages and services self-catering holiday properties in the area of Fort Augustus and along the beautiful Great Glen in the Highlands of Scotland.
Established in 2008 we currently manage approximately 40 properties from Invermoriston to Spean Bridge. We provide an efficient, high quality and personal service to both property owners and visiting guests.

There is a lot of work involved in preparing your holiday home and making it desirable in todays demanding market.
From our experience as holiday home owners and from working for many years in the service industry, we provide a comprehensive and value-for-money service to busy holiday home owners from cleaning and preparing properties for guests to both planned and emergency maintenance.
We are available 24/7 for property management support and keep bookings, cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth running of your property. We have a full range of skills within our team that allows us to make improvements and repairs as necessary and have many local contacts for tradespeople if required.
Maintaining the current requirements for Scottish legislation has become one of the most important aspects of our business. We schedule planned updates to ensure your property is compliant at all times.

Our Services

Key-holding
Whether you require our complete changeover and cleaning services or if you are just looking for a reputable local company to hold your property keys and to be available when required, our key holding service is efficient, dependable and cost effective.
By registering as a key holding customer you can also have access to our full range of property services.

Cleaning & Laundry Services
We employ experienced housekeepers and arrange and manage the cleaning of your property by carrying our post let cleans to our exacting high standards.
We provide high quality linen and towels which are laundered via a local partner and through our own laundry facilities which allows us to maintain a green approach to our business.
Wherever possible we also purchase supplies locally to help support other local small businesses in the area.

Property Checks
Out of season we provide regularly scheduled property checks, or alternatively we can check your property as and when required.
You may find that your holiday-let insurance policy will require that your property be regularly checked during vacant periods.

Property Maintenance
We offer emergency and reactive maintenance services including call outs and weekend coverage.
We also offer planned maintenance services such as the upkeep of your garden or grounds, or schedule maintenance checks and reports to maintain the legislative requirements of your property.
Our team has a wealth of experience that allows us to make improvements, repairs and renovations to properties as required. For example fitting bathrooms and kitchens, PAT testing, plumbing, tiling, decorating and project managing renovations where other trades are involved.

Legislation, Health & Safety
We are knowledgeable and experienced with preparing properties to meet all current Scottish legislation including the Short Term Let License which was implemented in 2022, and is now a compulsory requirement for all owners who let out their property. We support this by facilitating the following:
- Short Term Let Licencing
- EPC (Energy Performance Certificates)
- Fire risk Assessments
- Health Assessments (including Legionnaires)
- PAT (Portable Appliance Testing)
- Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
- Annual gas/oil servicing – and landlord certification
- Chimney sweeping (HETAS)
- Legionella testing
- Private Water Supply testing and certification
